About The Provider
A native of Guam, Janica Trice, FNP-BC, grew up with limited resources, technology, and medical specialties in her community. She learned early on in life that healthcare may be limited in terms of access and proper treatment in different settings. As a provider, this knowledge has helped her adapt to individuals who vary in socioeconomics and health disparities. Janica began working as a registered nurse after graduating with her nursing degree from Chamberlain University. As an RN, she worked in the hospital and outpatient settings, including home health. She better understood the continuity of care from discharge from the hospital to the home. Janica returned to school and earned her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, from Chamberlain University. She is excited to be a part of Intermountain Health and treat individuals as a whole vs. just their ailments.
When not helping her patients live their healthiest lives, Janica enjoys spending time with your family, traveling, baking, and cooking.
