Jamie Maughan, NP

Jamie Maughan is a nurse practitioner (NP), working with the OB/GYN team at Intermountain Health’s Budge Clinic – OB/GYN in Logan, Utah. She supports patients in Cache Valley, Rich County, southeastern Idaho, and Box Elder County, providing care in contraception, reproductive planning, adolescent health, early pregnancy care, trauma-informed care, and menopause. Jamie chose to specialize in women’s health because she is passionate about supporting women through every stage of life—from reproductive care to menopause and beyond.

Jamie believes in listening first, empowering patients through education, and using shared decision-making to create personalized care plans. She is dedicated to fostering a welcoming and nonjudgmental space, ensuring that patients feel understood and uplifted. Her goal is to deliver care rooted in evidence and centered on each patient's needs, guiding them toward making informed and confident choices about their health.

Outside the clinic, the Utah native enjoys running, mountain biking — really anything that gets her outside!
