After we discussed the results of my most recent blood work, and reviewed my medicines and current conditions, he took the time to ask if I had any other questions. When I did -- about whether I should stay with one particular medication or change to a similar one -- he thought about it, then explained why his opinion was to stay with what I was on. In other words, he listened to me and took my concern seriously.
