About The Provider
Jake Veigel, MD, is a sports medicine physician at Intermountain Health's West Valley Clinic. He supports teen and adult athletes in West Valley City, Magna, Kearns, and other surrounding communities, treating acute injuries (ankle sprains, muscle strains, knee, hip, shoulder injuries, and fractures) and chronic injuries (tendinitis, stress fractures). Very open and easy to speak with. He provided his cell and encouraged me to call with questions.

His laid back attitude doesn't make me feel confident about his abilities. Every time I've seen him, within 2 minutes of entering, he yawns. Not cool.

I feel listened to and I get good information. I leave my appointments feeling as though I know what is going on, what needs to be done and, if medication is required, I have a prescription. I have had favorable outcomes.
