Jacy Katherine Jeffrey-Howe, CNM

Jacy Jeffrey-Howe, CNM, is a certified nurse-midwife who provides compassionate, evidence-based care to women and families throughout all stages of life. She is passionate about partnering with patients to understand their bodies better and feel empowered in making decisions for themselves and their families. Jacy supports patients through pregnancy, birth, and beyond, and offers a full range of midwifery services including prenatal care, labor and delivery support, postpartum care, contraception counseling, and annual wellness exams.

“My philosophy of care for midwifery is to be present and guide patients through their entire reproductive lives with holistic, evidence-based care. This includes fostering reproductive autonomy and supporting reproductive justice to achieve the best outcomes for each patient as defined by them.”

She is committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all families and finds deep fulfillment in building lasting relationships with those she serves. Outside of work, Jacy tends to a large food and flower garden with her partner and two corgis. She enjoys traveling, reading, exploring new ideas, and being outside.
