Jacob P. Rada, DPT

Jacob “Jake” Rada is a physical therapist at Intermountain Health's West Jordan Clinic, in West Jordan, Utah. He is dedicated to helping patients return to the activities they enjoy most. He earned degrees in Kinesiology and Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Minnesota and is passionate about movement, rehabilitation, and whole-person wellness.

Jake specializes in developing personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that support recovery, improve function, and promote long-term well-being. He believes that creating a supportive and compassionate environment is an important part of the healing process and is committed to guiding each patient through their rehabilitation journey.

Outside the clinic, Jake enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, fishing, and snowboarding. These experiences inspire his approach to care and reinforce his commitment to helping patients of all backgrounds safely and confidently return to the activities they love.
