Jacob C. Kap, DPT

I am an orthopedic and sports medicine physical therapist specializing in post-operative rehabilitation and recovery from other musculoskeletal injuries. I earned my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Campbell University in 2019 and a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Therapy from Weber State University in 2016.

I have worked with the US Ski and Snowboard teams, helping their athletes return to Olympic-level competition. Additionally, I have provided medical coverage for USA Climbing and high school sports such as mountain biking, basketball, and football.

I collaborate closely with both orthopedic and sports medicine physicians to help patients achieve their goals. My aim is to assist patients in overcoming physical barriers and getting back to the activities they need and want to do.

In my free time, I enjoy hunting, mountain biking, riding dirt bikes, rock climbing, fishing, and trail running.
