Instead of leaving IH, I will stick with Heather for awhile, try her out.

Very attentive, listened, answered my questions,she asked questions to help diagnose my problem, prescribed antibiotic for five days and wanted to make sure if I had any side effects to let her know asap.

She is always easy to understand, provides feedback that shows me she listened to any issue I was concerned about, and walks me through more than my options for how to proceed easily. I've never had an issue with her. She's polite, and knows what she's talking about!
