Heather L. Farnsworth, NP

Hello! I'm Heather Farnsworth, a proud native of St. George. As a provider, I am committed to working with my patients to identify their treatment goals and develop a plan they feel confident about. With seven years of experience as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, I enjoy working with individuals of all ages—children, adolescents, and adults—to improve their overall health by addressing their mental health needs.

I am passionate about empowering my patients to gain a sense of control over their lives, improve their overall functioning, and find genuine satisfaction in their journey. 

I've been married to my wonderful husband for 36 years, and we have two lovely daughters. We love spending time with family, especially my grandson. We share a love for the outdoors, spending our days gardening or tending to our animals, which brings us great joy and fulfillment.
