Heather J. Austin, PA

While she is originally from St. Joseph, Michigan, Heather has called Colorado home for more than 26 years. She attended John Brown University in Siloam Springs, Arkansas, where she earned a pre-med/chemistry undergraduate degree. She went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Union College in Lincoln, Nebraska. With a special interest in cardiac surgery, Heather is passionate about education specifically for physician assistant students and those who are new to surgery.

When not working, Heather can be found spending her time outdoors. Winter or summer she is very active with most outdoor activities including snowboarding, disc golf, regular golf, paddle boarding and snowshoeing…to name a few.
