Hannah Smerker, DO

Hannah Smerker, DO, is an OB/GYN in Superior, CO, dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized care to women at every stage of life. She enjoys minimally invasive surgery, including laparoscopic hysterectomies, for the treatment of conditions such as abnormal uterine bleeding, fibroids, and pelvic pain.

Dr. Smerker’s clinical interests include caring for women from their first gynecologic visit through pregnancy, menopause, and beyond. She values taking the time to get to know her patients, ensuring that each treatment plan is tailored to their unique needs and health goals.

During appointments, she strives to be thorough and to explain all available options in a clear and approachable way. Dr. Smerker believes in shared decision-making and encourages open communication—she’s always happy to answer questions, even after a visit has ended.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Smerker has a lifelong love of dance. She trained in ballet growing up, took a hiatus during medical school and residency, and has recently returned to the studio with hopes of performing again soon. When she’s not dancing or caring for patients, she enjoys spending time at home with her husband, cat, and two dogs.
