Hannah K. Gredell, OT

Hannah Gredell is an occupational therapist at Intermountain Health’s Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation – Taylorsville Clinic Occupational Therapy in Taylorsville, Utah. She supports patients in Taylorsville, Murray, Kearns, and surrounding communities, with a focus on hand therapy and upper‑extremity orthopedic conditions.

Hannah was drawn to hand therapy through her passion for fabricating custom splints that help patients return to their daily activities and regain function.

Originally from Texas, Hannah earned her graduate degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. After gaining experience in hand therapy at the Texas Medical Center, she and her family relocated to Utah to enjoy the outdoors. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, trying new restaurants, and attending local events.
