Haley J Pledger, PA

Haley Pledger, PA-C, is a certified physician assistant specializing in obstetrics and gynecology at Intermountain Health's Spanish Fork Clinic - OB/GYN in Spanish Fork, Utah. She supports patients in Spanish Fork, Springville, Mapleton, Palmyra, and surrounding communities. She is passionate about caring for women across every stage of life, with a particular focus on annual wellness visits, preventive health screenings, and helping each patient find individualized ways to optimize their health.

Haley treats a wide range of gynecologic conditions, including perimenopause and postmenopause, contraceptive management, polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), abnormal uterine bleeding, and dysmenorrhea. Originally from Orem, Utah, Haley enjoys spending her free time with her four kids — whether driving them to practices or cheering them on at baseball games. She also loves reading, yoga, and getting outdoors with her family.
