Haley Frieling, LCSW

Haley Steffen, LCSW, is a compassionate and dedicated behavioral health counselor with Intermountain Health. She has experience helping individuals navigate mental health challenges. Based in Billings, Montana, she is committed to providing personalized, evidence-based care that empowers clients to overcome obstacles, build resilience, and achieve their goals.

Haley’s clinical interests include providing psychotherapy for individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, PTSD, and interpersonal relationships. She views each patient as the center of their care. She ensures that each patient feels supported and knows that they are not alone in their struggles while also implementing evidence-based practices. Her client-centered approach fosters a safe and supportive environment where individuals feel heard, understood, and equipped to make meaningful changes.

She holds a Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Nebraska and is licensed to practice in the state of Montana. She is also committed to continuous professional development, staying up-to-date with the latest research and treatment modalities in mental health. Her warm and empathetic demeanor makes her an approachable and effective counselor for clients of all ages.

Outside of her professional life, Haley enjoys spending time outdoors and practicing yoga.
