Gwynn M. Pehler, NP

A Billings native, Gwynn has worked in geriatrics for more than 20 years, in various capacities and roles. She received her Associate of Applied Science in Nursing from Montana State University Billings College of Technology. Gwynn continued her education at the University of Mary in Bismark, North Dakota where she obtained both a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Doctorate in Family Nurse Practice. As a provider, Gwynn’s clinical interests include geriatrics, aging and dementia.

“I am passionate about helping patients to live life to their fullest capabilities, keeping people in their homes as long as possible, trying to make facilities seem more like home when they do have to move there and meeting them where they are in their healthcare journey. It is a privilege to provide care to all individuals and an honor to get to know them and their families.”

Married to her high school sweetheart, the most important thing to Gwynn is family. She enjoys spending time with family, walking the dogs, hiking, fly-fishing, and just exploring the wonderful scenery of Montana.
