Gwen J. Kellogg, NP

Gwen Kellogg, FNP-C, is an ambitious and compassionate provider with more than a decade of experience working as a nurse before obtaining her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Her clinical interests include cardiac care in inpatient and outpatient settings. Gwen is passionate about educating patients and their families on their diagnosis and treatment.
