Gwang-Yi Hwang, MD

Dr. Hwang is a graduate of Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Baylor College of Medicine, where she served as chief resident. She has been practicing at Red Rocks OB/GYN since 2009.

Her clinical interests are minimally-invasive laparoscopic and da Vinci robotic-assisted surgery, including hysterectomy and prolapse repair. She is a certified proctor for da Vinci robotic-assisted surgery. She speaks Spanish and conversational Mandarin Chinese. Dr. Hwang is married and enjoys travel, scuba diving, snowboarding, music, food and outdoor activities.
