Gita Verma, MD

Dr. Gita Verma is a dual board-certified rheumatologist serving the Las Vegas community. Fluent in both English and Hindi, she is dedicated to providing compassionate, comprehensive care to patients with a wide range of rheumatologic conditions.

Her clinical interests include inflammatory arthritis, lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, scleroderma, vasculitis, and the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis. Dr. Verma is passionate about rheumatology and is committed to helping her patients manage their conditions effectively, prevent long-term complications, and improve their quality of life.

She believes that education and lifestyle play a crucial role in managing rheumatologic diseases. Dr. Verma incorporates personalized lifestyle modifications as part of her treatment approach, aiming not only for disease control but also for remission and long-term well-being. Preventing joint deformities and reducing morbidity are central goals of her care.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Verma enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their two-year-old son. She also loves staying active and makes time to go to the gym regularly.
