I had difficulty understanding her partially because I have hearing issues. We didn't seem to relate to each other very well.

This was our first visit with Dr. Gilda; she was very thorough in her examination and discussion of my health.

She knows her specialty as family doctor.

I appreciated how she had conversations with me of my health history and making sure that my medications were the correct dosage while updating follow up orders to get up to date analysis of what's the current condition of other health conditions. Not only was she thorough with getting updated results for my health, but she also discussed how I was adjusting to the current health conditions pertaining to my husband and suggesting areas in which a case worker could alleviate some of the anxieties that will be eventually confront me. She will address this further in upcoming appointments.

Dr. G looks at you as a person; not as a number !!!!! She takes the time to listen. She explains things in plain language. Kudos to Dr. G !!!!!!!!

Seems like a bright person, text book knowledge - used mainly medical terms and jargon: focused on the laptop 80% of the visit. Would prefer to have a more warm, friendly, knowledgeable doctor with better bedside manners. She came across like a quick care minute clinic MD.

She’s easy to talk to. She listens and remembers what you say. She takes time with you, she doesn’t make you feel as if you’re just a number. She’s smart and she doesn’t seem to use the cookie cutter approach in treating all patients with the same. She shows compassion.

The only thing you could use, especially for old folk, is the ability to take blood and do tests on site. Old people don't like to be run around all over the place. One stop! That would make you the BEST.
