George Cannon, MD is a radiation oncologist at Intermountain Health’s Medical Center Radiation Oncology in Murray, Utah. He supports patients in Murray, Sandy, Taylorsville, and surrounding communities treating lung cancers, sarcoma, lymphomas, GI cancers, and more.
Dr. Cannon is excited about the advancements in radiation oncology, and the opportunity it provides for patients to beat their illnesses. He enjoys working with teams to provide the best care for patients, knowing that there’s experts from all over Intermountain aiding in the care of cancer patients.
Originally from Utah, Dr. Cannon was grateful to be able to return to his home state to practice within the Intermountain system. When not caring for patients, he enjoys the outdoors, particularly mountain biking and skiing, as well as spending time with his wife and four sons.
