About The Provider
Gaylinn Breeze, DNP specializes in general surgery at Intermountain Health’s Southridge Surgical Specialties Clinic in Sandy, Utah. She supports patients in Sandy, South Jordan, Murray, Riverton, and surrounding communities, providing comprehensive care to surgical patients. She strives to create a safe, respectful, and empathetic environment where patients feel heard, valued, and supported. Gaylinn sees each patient as a whole person—not just a diagnosis—and tailors care to meet their unique needs, preferences, and cultural backgrounds. Ultimately, her goal is to provide care that not only treats illness but also promotes dignity, hope, and healing.
As a nurse practitioner, her philosophy of care is rooted in compassion, clinical excellence, and a deep commitment to the well-being of every patient she serves. She believes that compassionate care is not only about addressing physical health needs but also about recognizing the emotional, psychological, and spiritual dimensions of healing. Gaylinn is committed to evidence-based practice, continuous learning, and interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure the highest quality of care.
Outside the clinic the Salt Lake City native loves spending time outdoors with her family—whether they’re camping, fishing, boating, or hiking, especially when the weather is warm. She also enjoys family road trips, backyard barbecues, and cozy movie nights with her grandchildren. Most of all, she cherishes every moment spent with her loved ones and being a grandma. She’s married with four children, five grandchildren, and three very spoiled dogs.
