I made the appointment because I had some concerning areas I wanted checked which he addresses but he did not do any checking on his own. I guess that may be normal but I’m not a dermatologist so I could very easily miss something crucial.

He is a verly knowledgable Moh surgeon and addressed all my questions and concerns at this followup appointment that they fit me in while I was at the adjoing UVARMC Imaging Dept.gettting a mammo. Thuis made it possible for me not to have to return at a later time and or date!

This was the third time I have been in need of his expertise and have yet to be disappointed. I was given a choice by my dermatologist as to which surgeon I would like to go and Dr. Lowe would always be my choice.

He is a very compassionate doctor that cres about my overall well being, not just my cancer spots.

Dr Lowe called an audible. I was ready to have 2 or more hours surgery involvement, but he recommended instead to “buff-out” my cancerous areas instead. He gave me good statistics to back up his suggestion.

My wife and I really enjoy that style of communication. We appreciate that he treats us not only as patients but medical friends. He is a very personabe doctor. He is easy to talk to and is efficient in what he does. His knowledge of my skin issues is always accurate and he knows what to do to take care of an issue. When he identifies to me what he thinks we should do, he always asks me if I want to go ahead and do it before actually procedes with the care.
