Dr. Monroy completed his undergraduate studies in English at U.C.L.A, received his Medical Degree (MD) at the University of Utah where he also completed a Master in Public Health (MPH). He is a native of California but has lived in Utah for the last 19 years. He has a special interest in working with the underserved community and addressing health care disparities. He enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, mountain biking, hiking, and skiing.
