Faithe Conners, LCSW

Raised in St. George, Utah, Faithe Conners, LCSW, is proud to serve the community she calls home. She earned her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Utah in 2021 and began her career in Salt Lake City, where she worked as both a school-based therapist and school social worker. After several rewarding years, Faithe returned to sunny St. George, where she is dedicated to supporting children and families at St. George Pediatric Rehab.

Faithe Conners is passionate about helping children navigate their mental health journeys and partnering with families during times of need. She strives to strengthen family relationships and foster supportive environments where children can thrive. In addition to her work with children, Faithe provides parent coaching, perinatal and postpartum mental health support, and general mental health services, helping parents prioritize their own well-being while caring for their families.

Outside of work, Faithe enjoys traveling with her husband and son and taking advantage of Southern Utah’s outdoor lifestyle. She can often be found hiking, swimming, rock climbing, mountain biking, or enjoying a good book.
