About The Provider

Hello, I'm Erin Howe! My journey began as a military brat, giving me the unique opportunity to grow up in diverse places like Germany, England, and Georgia. In 2018, I made Utah my home.

My healthcare career started with nine fulfilling years as a Registered Nurse, primarily in cardiology. This experience fueled my passion for advanced practice, and in 2024, I graduated with my nurse practitioner license. As a healthcare provider, I deliver high-quality, compassionate care grounded in evidence-based practice and shared decision-making.

When I'm not at work, I love to get out in nature by hiking or camping. I'm also an avid reader and love spending time with my family. I met my wonderful husband in Georgia, and we tied the knot in 2000. Together, we have five amazing children and one precious grandson.
