Erin Barton

I have worked the last seven years as a Registered Dietitian, including the last

three years at Intermountain Health. I graduated from Southeast Missouri State

University and mostly work with people living with diabetes and weight

management. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, hiking, and

hunting, as well as reading a good book.

I specialize in weight management and diabetes care, and I am dedicated to

helping clients achieve their health goals through personalized nutrition plans. I

also teach prediabetes and diabetes classes, empowering individuals with the

knowledge and tools they need to manage their conditions effectively.
