About Erin Anderson

About The Provider

Erin Anderson, NP, is a seasoned neonatal nurse practitioner at St. George Neonatology with over twenty years of dedicated NICU experience. Her clinical interests include caring for extremely premature infants, neonatal resuscitation and stabilization, neurodevelopmental outcomes, family-centered care, respiratory management in the NICU, quality improvement, and promoting a positive NICU culture.

Erin is particularly passionate about caring for premature and critically ill newborns who need thoughtful, highly individualized attention. She values the unique environment of the NICU, where even the tiniest interventions can significantly affect a baby’s outcome. Watching fragile infants grow stronger each day and eventually go home with their families is one of the most rewarding parts of her work.

She is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care while supporting and educating families during an incredibly vulnerable time. Erin believes that every baby deserves the highest quality care, and every family should feel heard, supported, and involved. She aims to combine clinical expertise with empathy, clear communication, and partnership so families trust that their baby is receiving the best care possible.

Having spent her career in neonatal intensive care, Erin understands how overwhelming the NICU experience can be. She approaches each patient with deep compassion and a commitment to care for every baby as if they were her own, while working closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes.

Outside of the NICU, Erin enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the outdoors, traveling, gardening, playing pickleball, and enjoying the natural beauty of Southern Utah.
