Erica H. Stemler, NP

Erica Stemler, APRN, works with the pediatric heart failure and transplant team at Intermountain Health’s Primary Children’s Hospital Heart Transplant Clinic in Salt Lake City, Utah. She supports pediatric patients in northern Utah, with clinical interests in pediatric heart failure, heart transplantation, and mechanical circulatory support, with a foundation in abdominal transplant surgery that informs her approach to complex, multidisciplinary transplant care. She enjoys caring for pediatric transplant patients because every case blends advanced medicine with the privilege of supporting families through life-changing moments.

As a provider, Erica strives to deliver care that is precise, collaborative, and deeply human; recognizing that behind every complex case is a child and family placing their trust in the team. Erica cares deeply about the children and families she works with. She values open communication, teamwork, and compassion, and wants every family to feel supported and informed throughout their care journey.

Outside the clinic, the Park City native enjoys skiing, hiking, and camping. She loves exploring new trails with her dog and taking any opportunity to be in the mountains.
