He always promptly reports the findings of blood and other tests and provides great explanations of them and suggestions for treatments.

He listened to what I was telling him, looked at my records (since he's not my primary doctor), discussed options with me and gave me clear directions on what to expect from the new medicine he was prescribing and how to take it. I left feeling that I had gotten solutions to the issues that brought me to the office.
