Enoch R. Mills, PT

Enoch Mills is a dedicated physical therapist specializing in orthopedics and spine care at Intermountain Health's TOSH. Serving patients in Murray and throughout the Salt Lake Valley, he provides expert treatment for neck and lower back pain, as well as a wide range of mid-back, shoulder, hip, and knee injuries.

Enoch’s passion for physical therapy was sparked by his love for team sports during middle and high school, ultimately inspiring him to pursue a career where he could help others stay active and achieve their goals.

Outside the clinic, Enoch loves spending time with his wonderful wife and five boys, who are his greatest motivation. They enjoy staying active through various activities, including cycling, running, swimming, soccer, skiing, hiking, and rock climbing. Enoch and his wife consider themselves amateur real estate investors and hope to continue growing that part of their lives.
