Dr Crossfield was very attentive to the problems I brought up, and was very willing to help me handle them. She was very open to discussing the process of a tubal ligation and that she was absolutely willing to do one for me, which I was very excited to hear about. She remembered a lot of things we talked about in my last appointment, which was 1.5 years ago. She made me feel like she cared about me as a patient and person.
