Emily Hoffman, RD, is a registered dietitian at Intermountain Health's Budge Clinic in Logan, Utah. She supports patients in Cache Valley and surrounding communities and believes nutrition care should be individualized, compassionate, and empowering. She enjoys working with a wide range of patients—both adults and pediatric—including more complex cases that benefit from a thoughtful, personalized approach. For Emily, the most rewarding part of her work is helping patients build sustainable habits and watching those small, steady changes create lasting improvements in their health.

Originally from Logan, Utah, Emily spends her time outside of work with her husband and their three teenagers. She loves gardening, trying out new recipes in the kitchen, and unwinding with a good book or audiobook.
