About The Provider
Emily Hartmann is a speech language pathologist at Intermountain Health’s Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation – TOSH Campus Neuro Speech Pathology in Murray, Utah. She supports patients across Salt Lake County, specializing in cognitive disorders, swallowing, voice, speech, and language. She has been practicing speech therapy since graduating with her Masters in Speech-Language Pathology in 2021 from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions in Provo, Utah.
Although she discovered speech language pathology during her undergraduate career, Emily’s passion truly developed when she worked as a rehab technician. This experience provided her with tangible ways speech pathology can improve the lives of individuals after traumatic events/diagnoses. She is passionate about working with others in evaluating their needs to develop a personalized care plan that gets them back to their desired activities at home, school, work, and in the community.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, traveling, cooking, and her dog. When she isn’t skiing or soaking in hot springs, she’s trying new workout classes followed by eating new recipes. Emily loves hiking recommendations, especially if they're dog-friendly!
