Ellyn Ayervais, PA

Ellyn “Elly” Ayervais, PA, is a physician assistant at Intermountain Health Central Park Clinic – Urology, where she provides comprehensive, patient-centered urologic care. After beginning her career in hospital medicine, Elly brings a strong clinical foundation to her transition into urology, where she is excited to focus on acute and chronic urologic conditions.

Her clinical interests include general urology, female urology and pelvic floor disorders, neurourology, reconstructive urology, endourology, and male reproductive health and andrology. Elly is especially passionate about helping patients and their families better understand their diagnosis and treatment options, creating a supportive environment where patients feel informed and empowered.

Elly believes that truly listening with empathy and compassion is essential to delivering high-quality care. By understanding each patient’s unique experience, she treats the whole person—not just the condition—and develops thoughtful, individualized care plans. She is committed to going the extra mile for her patients and, when faced with complex questions, seeks out the best resources and answers to ensure optimal outcomes.

Outside the clinic, Elly enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, including hiking, mountain biking, camping, and skiing. She also appreciates quieter moments spent relaxing with a good book.
