BIO: 

Elizabeth Hill is a registered dietitian and certified diabetes care and education specialist dedicated to helping patients improve their health and quality of life. She specializes in diabetes management, eating disorder counseling, and digestive health, providing evidence-based education in a way that is practical and easy to apply. Elizabeth is passionate about offering meal and snack ideas that are both nutritious and delicious, empowering patients to make sustainable changes.

Her philosophy of care centers on individualized, achievable plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs. Elizabeth strives to equip her patients with the skills and confidence to take control of their health and thrive.

Elizabeth earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Nutrition Science from California State University, Chico. She currently provides care through the Cedar City Endocrine and Diabetes Clinic, Cedar City Hospital Outpatient Nutrition Services, and Garfield Memorial Clinic.

When she’s not working, Elizabeth enjoys baking sourdough bread, trail running, traveling, and spending time outdoors with her family and dog. She and her husband live in Cedar City and enjoy being close to family both locally and in Northern California and Maui.
