It was a weird visit 1. General visit, blood work, asked for hormone testing do hair fall in temples and crown she explained she can request it but it might not be covered by insurance and how that should not be said ? Part of my medical history is a 60lbs weight loss her notes say my prediabetic levels and high cholesterol indicate I need diet and exercise; I work out 4-5x a week and am on a calorie deficit for 2+ years, no reply from her. No explanations, No answers, No testing, Everything is not fine or Normal. I will not be returning thank you

She called right away when the results from the MRI came in, and took time to explain it to me, but by that time my injury has gotten so much worse, and I felt like she didn't believe me about how much pain I was in. I did tell her that 2 times in the past month, I had trouble standing.

I can’t say enough good things about my visit. I felt heard, I felt seen, I felt as though my concerns were validated. I felt like I had been cared for by a complete professional. She ran tests and gave me a thorough exam and explained everything clearly all the while putting me at complete ease. My labs came back and she left a note in the portal much sooner than expected. I can’t say that I’ve ever experienced better care than I did at Lowry.
