She called right away when the results from the MRI came in, and took time to explain it to me, but by that time my injury has gotten so much worse, and I felt like she didn't believe me about how much pain I was in. I did tell her that 2 times in the past month, I had trouble standing.

She is very good at what she does of being knowledged - caring and very helpful to my needs, also very friendly and courteous which makes me feel very comfortable with Elizabeth Sabella. Just wanted to say thank you very much I really appreciate everything.

Communication is a bit of a challenge

I can’t say enough good things about my visit. I felt heard, I felt seen, I felt as though my concerns were validated. I felt like I had been cared for by a complete professional. She ran tests and gave me a thorough exam and explained everything clearly all the while putting me at complete ease. My labs came back and she left a note in the portal much sooner than expected. I can’t say that I’ve ever experienced better care than I did at Lowry.
