Elizabeth Brugger, NP

Elizabeth Brugger, NP, is a dedicated pediatric nurse practitioner at Badura Clinic Pediatrics in Las Vegas who is passionate about partnering with families to help children thrive. With a background that began in acute care settings, Elizabeth discovered her true calling in primary care, where she has the unique opportunity to build lasting relationships with patients and families. What she loves most about pediatrics is seeing cases through to completion, identifying concerns early, developing a plan, and being there to celebrate progress and resolution alongside her patients.

Elizabeth cares for children of all ages and has a special clinical interest in developmental delays, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, allergies, ENT conditions, general pediatric care, parent education, and anticipatory guidance. She is committed to helping families navigate both everyday health concerns and more complex developmental and behavioral challenges with compassion, education, and evidence-based care.

Her philosophy of care is simple: the patient is the most important member of the healthcare team. Elizabeth believes that communication is the key to successful care and works hard to ensure that both children and parents feel heard, respected, and involved in every decision. She wants every family to leave the clinic understanding the care plan, feeling confident in the next steps, and knowing that all of their questions have been answered. While she may not always have an immediate answer, she is committed to working alongside families to find the right one.

Outside of the clinic, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her husband and their five beloved dogs: two long-haired miniature dachshunds, two short-haired miniature dachshunds, and one spirited mixed-breed pup with an impressive underbite who firmly believes she's a dachshund, too. In her free time, she loves crocheting, reading, cross-stitching, spending time outdoors, and exploring everything Las Vegas has to offer.
