About Elizabeth A. Groom

About The Provider

Originally from a small town in Nebraska, Elizabeth Groom, MS, LPC obtained her undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Wyoming and a master’s in forensic psychology from the University of York in England. Her clinical interests include mood disorders, trauma, first responder/public safety mental health, resiliency, burnout, and navigating the intricacies of relationships.

“I incorporate a nonjudgemental and warm environment for those who are exploring vulnerable issues. No matter the choices you have made or the choices you are contemplating making, you are welcomed into a space where you can show up as your authentic self. At times, I will challenge you to think of different perspectives to help build a deeper sense of self and more fulfilling relationships with others.”

When not seeing patients, Elizabeth enjoys exploring Colorado and surrounding states, traveling around the world, and spending time with my son and dog.
