Eliza Bremer, NP

Eliza Bremer is a certified nurse practitioner practicing internal medicine at Intermountain Health's Bountiful Clinic. She supports patients and their families in Bountiful and surrounding communities, focusing on preventing disease and promoting healthy lifestyles. Eliza strives to achieve optimal patient health care while building lasting and meaningful relationships. She brings a fun personality to her work and genuinely enjoys learning about her patient's lives and their unique experiences growing up. 

Eliza is passionate about delivering the best possible care through evidence-based practices. She always considers and respects her patients' values and beliefs. Through her practice, Eliza aims to combine compassion, expertise, and a personal touch to empower her patients to achieve their healthiest lives.

Outside the clinic, the Kaysville native loves immersing herself in outdoor activities like traveling, hiking, skiing, horseback riding, running, rafting, kayaking, and fishing. She also enjoys spending time with her family, including her nephews, nieces, and two wonderful parents, and reading and exploring new adventures.
