Eleanor Brammer, NP

Eleanor Brammer, NP, is a nurse practitioner at Intermountain Health Cancer Center - Saint Joseph, dedicated to delivering compassionate, patient-centered oncology care. She has spent much of her healthcare career caring for patients with cancer and other complex medical conditions, bringing extensive experience in oncology nursing, surgical oncology, postoperative care, and the management of patients with neuroendocrine tumors.

Her clinical interests include neuroendocrine tumors, gastrointestinal and pancreatic malignancies, surgical oncology, cancer survivorship and surveillance, nutrition and metabolic health in oncology, symptom management, and multidisciplinary cancer care. She is passionate about helping patients navigate every stage of their cancer journey, from diagnosis and treatment through recovery and long-term follow-up.

Eleanor's philosophy of care is simple: listen first, educate honestly, and treat thoughtfully. She believes the best care is individualized, evidence-based, and built on trust. Recognizing that a cancer diagnosis can feel overwhelming, she takes time to listen carefully, explain diagnoses and treatment plans in clear terms, and ensure patients' questions are answered. She values a multidisciplinary approach to cancer care and works closely with specialists across disciplines to help patients receive comprehensive, coordinated care.

Most importantly, Eleanor wants patients to feel seen as individuals, not merely as a diagnosis. She is committed to building meaningful relationships with patients and to helping them feel supported, informed, and empowered throughout their care experience.

Outside of work, Eleanor enjoys running, staying active, traveling, home design projects, and spending quality time with family.
