Dr. Horsley has lived in Logan with his wonderful wife and children for over 20 years and has enjoyed every minute of it. He believes Cache Valley is the best place in the world to deliver babies. In 2019, he left his busy practice, and with his wife, and together served as voluntary missionaries in Brazil. They were there for three years, considering it a priceless experience. They returned in July 2022 and rejoined Intermountain Health and his fantastic partners at the Budge Women's Center.

He didn't read over my medical history before meeting with me, so he didn't know a few things and had to come back around to them in conversation. But once he was all filled in he was wonderful. He took good care of my babies, made me feel comfortable and cared for, and made a plan for future care. I wasn't sure i was going to stay with him since I have another doctor in Salt Lake I do trust, but now I know I'm staying with Horsley. I know he can provide the kind of care I need for this pregnancy.

Dr. Horsley is exceptionally good at his job. He is a skilled professional and I can count on him to give me exactly the care I need. He is also very empathetic and takes the time to listen to every concern.

I truly am so grateful he is my doctor. I completely trust him and enjoy getting to talk to him. He has made me feel so comfortable and heard when I have questions or concerns. I would 1000% recommend him to anyone looking for an amazing OB.
