About Dylan Shane Metters

About The Provider

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training from the University of Utah in 2014 and went on to receive my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions in 2018. I am also a certified and licensed athletic trainer. I specialize in orthopedics and sports medicine, and my athletic training background has allowed me to work with high school, college, and professional athletes. Additionally, I am certified in Blood Flow Restriction Therapy and Dry Needling and love incorporating these techniques into my care.

I am passionate about taking a hands-on approach and am skilled in many manual therapy techniques. I pride myself on creating strong relationships with my patients, considering them as a whole, and involving them in their plan of care as much as possible to help them get back to living their best lives. In my free time, I enjoy weight lifting, playing guitar, and spending time outdoors hiking, camping, fishing, traveling, and participating in and watching sports with my wife, Tara, and our dogs, Gus and Seren.
