About The Provider
Dveet Patel, MD, joined Intermountain Health because he shares the organization’s vision of offering the community of Las Vegas premium healthcare and bringing a humanistic quality to the care being given. As a cardiologist, he is especially interested in atrial fibrillation, coronary artery disease, congestive heart failure, and aortic stenosis. Dr. Patel attended the University of South Carolina for his undergraduate studies and earned his Doctor of Medicine from St. George’s University School of Medicine in Grenada, West Indies. He completed an internal medicine residency with Grand Strand Medical Center in Myrtle Beach. Dr. Patel’s proudest accomplishment thus far in his career is being accepted and completing a cardiovascular disease fellowship with Regional Medical Center-Bayonet in Point Hudson, FL. Dual board-certified, Dr. Patel enjoys treating the breadth of diagnosis he sees in cardiology. He looks forward to making a positive impact on his patients’ lives.
Dr. Patel recharges through golf, going to the beach, hiking, and traveling.

I was extreamly pleased with the fact that Dr. Patel studied the medical records that I had forwarded over from my old cardiologist in Arizona. This made my first appointment with Dr. Patel wonderful knowing he took the time to look over my heart medical records. This alone shows me that this doctor cares about his work and patients.
