Dawn D. Hahn, LCSW

Dawn Daniels Hahn is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with over two decades of experience supporting individuals through life’s many transitions. At Intermountain Health, where she joined the Mental Health Integration program in Nevada in 2020, she is a therapist and clinical lead focusing primarily on older adults.

After earning her master’s degree in social work from the University of Central Florida in 2002, Dawn worked across inpatient, outpatient, and educational settings before bringing her experience to Nevada in 2018. She helps patients navigate challenges related to adjustment, relationships, grief, mood, anxiety, depression, self esteem, and problem solving.

Beyond her clinical work, Dawn serves as a clinical supervisor, mentoring the next generation of social workers. Originally from Florida, she enjoys travel, day trips, exploring small towns and local cultures, live music, museums, and the theater - everyday reminders of creativity, presence, and balance.
