About The Provider

Dr. David Ririe is a board-certified medical oncologist and hematologist at Intermountain Health’s Cancer Center – Utah Valley in Provo. He supports patients in Provo, Orem, Vineyard, Lindon, and other surrounding communities, diagnosing and managing all blood and solid organ malignancies. Dr. Ririe stays up to date with the latest advancements in oncology, ensuring patients are getting the best care possible. He understands cancer is both an emotional and physical battle and truly enjoys educating patients and their families on these advancements to provide more hope than in the past.

After graduating from Brigham Young University in 1985, Dr. Ririe entered active-duty military service and was in the US Air Force for 25 years, principally in San Antonio, Texas. Dr. Ririe loves his profession and plans to continue practicing medicine as a medical oncologist and hematologist for as long as he possibly can.

Dr. Ririe and his wife, Ellen, met at BYU and have been very happily married for almost 40 years. He enjoys reading, exercising, golf, friends, grandchildren, and talking.
