David T. Cragun, MD

David Cragun, MD, is an interventional cardiologist at Intermountain Health’s Cache Valley Heart Clinic in Logan, Utah. He supports patients in Logan, Cache Valley, Rich County, southeastern Idaho, and surrounding communities with clinical interests in general cardiology, managing heart attacks, stent placements, intravascular lithotripsy, PFO and ASD closure, arrhythmia management, atrial fibrillation, cardiomyopathy, and heart failure. He enjoys taking care of patients with acute heart attacks and utilizing the technology and medications available to his team that allow them to take someone from life-threatening pain and fear of recovery to peaceful improvement.

Dr. Cragun wants his patients to feel confident that he will take a proactive approach to managing their health. He utilizes evidence-based devices, medications, and encourages meaningful lifestyle changes to help patients achieve their best possible health—allowing them to spend more quality time with friends, family, at work, and enjoying their favorite activities. He believes health is the greatest human blessing and aims to help his patients live a fulfilled life.

Outside the clinic, the Colorado native enjoys family time, skiing, boating, waterskiing, spending time with friends, traveling the world, being involved in his church, and other activities.
