Doctor (once you can actually see him) is excellent. Office staff is the worst I've ever encountered. Disgraceful that you, Intermountain, will do nothing about it. Dr Adams knows this is a problem but his hands are tied by you.

Dr. Adams was recommended to me by a friend who is his patient. Dr. Adams took me as a patient because I could not find a doctor in Las Vegas to even see me for three months much less treat me.
