David K. Krzymowski, MD

David Kryzmowski, MD, is a general surgeon at Intermountain Health’s Mt. Pleasant, Moroni, Manti, and Ephraim Clinic’s in central Utah. He supports patients throughout central Utah providing laparoscopic treatments of common surgical problems, gastrointestinal endoscopies, and other traditional surgical procedures. Dr. K (as his patients call him) truly enjoys seeing his patients thrive after surgery and returning to the things they enjoy so they can live happy and fulfilled lives.

As a provider, Dr. K’s philosophy of care surrounds the motto of the American College of Surgeons – “Omnibus Per Artem Fidemque Prodesse,” which means “to serve all with skill and trust.” This guiding principle reflects Dr. K's commitment to treating every patient with technical excellence and integrity. He believes that surgical care goes beyond procedures and that it’s about building trust, listening to patients, and providing compassionate support throughout their healthcare journey. Dr. K wants his patients to know he started private practice in 2004 and moved to Sanpete in 2014 and is excited to continue to share his skills in these communities.

Outside the clinic, the Orem, Utah native enjoys being home with family and reading.
