David E. Bitner, DPT

David Bitner is a sports physical therapist at Intermountain Health’s Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation – Bear River in Tremonton, Utah. He supports patients in Tremonton, Box Elder County, Cache County, and other surrounding communities, providing care specializing in post-operative rehabilitation, orthopedics, sports rehabilitation, spine care, and vestibular therapy. David loves his job because it allows him to get to know people from all walks of life and see the progress they make in their recovery, enabling them to return to their passions.

David has been practicing as a physical therapist since 2019. In 2023, he achieved board certification in orthopedic physical therapy after many months of preparation and study. This has helped him better serve patients by providing evidence-based practice. He attended Utah State University, where he received my Bachelor's degree in Human Movement Science. After graduating from Utah State, David attended Marshall University in West Virginia and received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2019.

David was raised in North Salt Lake, where he cultivated an interest in basketball, fishing, and golf. He is fortunate to have a supportive spouse, along with two sons and two daughters, with whom he enjoys spending quality time at home.
