Danielle "Dani" Christensen is a physician assistant specializing in bariatric surgery at Intermountain Health's Avenues Specialty Clinic in Salt Lake City, Utah. She works closely with bariatric surgeons to care for patients with obesity and metabolic conditions, GERD and hiatal hernias, gastroparesis, ulcers, and other conditions that may arise before or after surgery. Dani is dedicated to providing compassionate, nonjudgmental care and helping patients feel confident and informed every step of the way.

Originally from West Valley City, Utah, Dani enjoys running, spending time outdoors with her dog, and exploring new restaurants and coffee shops around Salt Lake. She values time with family and friends and believes maintaining a healthy balance outside of work helps her provide the best possible care for her patients.
